You will play a pivotal role in driving agency growth, developing talent, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead, coach, and mentor a team of insurance agents to enhance their performance and professional development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance against objectives, implementing strategies to improve results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues proactively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents to build a skilled and motivated team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a positive and accountable team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic growth plans for the agency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a key escalation point for client inquiries and complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven leadership experience in insurance sales or agency management, preferably with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to execute growth initiatives<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oliverjames.com\/job\/head-of-agency-regional\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
