{"id":5047,"date":"2025-06-04T13:28:29","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T05:28:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=5047"},"modified":"2025-06-04T13:28:30","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T05:28:30","slug":"assistant-manager-policy-admin-general-insurance","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/zh\/jobs-listings\/assistant-manager-policy-admin-general-insurance\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Manager, Policy Admin &#8211; General Insurance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is with a leading global insurance provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client is looking for a senior candidate to lead their operation team (policy administration)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue and administer general insurance policies for all channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Policy Administration Department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage policy renewals throughout the business cycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement the Policy Administration Department&#8217;s strategy and development plan to achieve company profitability and growth objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet Service Level Agreements agreed upon with distribution channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively improve processes and efficiency using service benchmarks and data analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation of management strategies and objectives for the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in continuing education and training opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage projects such as system enhancements and related User Acceptance Testing (UAT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree holder and preferably with insurance-related qualifications, e.g. ACII\/ANZIIF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 7 years of experience in General Insurance with at least 5 years in supervisory role in policy administration process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the impact of market forces and regulatory issues on the insurance industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can compare the company&#8217;s insurance practices to other organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can describe key industry benchmarks and relate them to own organization or functional specialty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold digital mindset and able to initiate &amp; implement technology and processes changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good team player and self-starter; able to interact with people at all levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel and power point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
