{"id":5044,"date":"2025-06-04T13:05:59","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T05:05:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=5044"},"modified":"2025-06-04T13:06:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T05:06:00","slug":"senior-officer-customer-service-employee-benefits","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/zh\/jobs-listings\/senior-officer-customer-service-employee-benefits\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Officer, Customer Service &#8211; Employee Benefits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is with a leading global insurance provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client is looking for a junior candidate in their operation team (customer service)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide professional advice and outstanding customer services and support the Management to achieve the company objectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the meeting of preset personal KPIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperate with different operation teams to provide excellent services to our customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect feedback proactively from customers and team members to identify the area of improvement on our operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects from time to time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company\u2019s guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree holder with minimum 3 years of solid experience in customer services preferably in employee benefit business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industry knowledge and strengths in employee benefit operation, systems and organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of complaint handling in employee benefit business will be an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills Strong\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-Driven, People-Centric and Team-Focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
