{"id":4834,"date":"2025-05-01T14:09:43","date_gmt":"2025-05-01T06:09:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=4834"},"modified":"2025-05-01T14:36:44","modified_gmt":"2025-05-01T06:36:44","slug":"officer-marketing-so-o-grade","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/zh\/jobs-listings\/officer-marketing-so-o-grade\/","title":{"rendered":"Officer, Marketing (SO\/O Grade)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is with a leading global insurance provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position will assist in driving customer experience initiatives and managing corporate communications, embodying company&#8217;s brand values<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1. \u00a0Customer Experience (CX)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist managers to drive customer experience improvement\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with different business units\/teams to facilitate the implementation of new initiatives for meeting customer needs and expectation (e.g. review UI\/UX and provide insightful inputs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in development of marketing communications for engaging customers to build loyalty to our brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze research data on voice of customers and distributors so as to identify improvement opportunities and deliver insights to different internal stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the promotion and cultivation of customer centricity mindset amongst employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2. \u00a0Corporate Communications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist managers in crafting and executing effective communication strategies to bolster Generali&#8217;s brand reputation and engage with various stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in the refining of communication materials, such as press releases, corporate newsletters, executive speeches, and internal memos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support media relations, respond to inquiries, and assist with the facilitation of interviews to maintain a favorable public image<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the coordination and management of Generali&#8217;s CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate values and positive contribution to the community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all communication channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure and evaluate the communication campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future approaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3. \u00a0Marketing Support<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal and external event coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage vendors effectively and make sure all the timeline &amp; KPIs are met within the agreed budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide administrative support for the marketing team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and support ad-hoc duties as assigned\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Research, Corporate Communications, or related roles in the financial\/ insurance industry or consultancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese a must<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A presentable professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of can-do and customer centricity mindset with dedication to high quality deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
