{"id":4832,"date":"2025-05-01T13:19:42","date_gmt":"2025-05-01T05:19:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=4832"},"modified":"2025-05-01T13:19:43","modified_gmt":"2025-05-01T05:19:43","slug":"officer-policy-administration-so-o-grade","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/fundtrendrecruit.com\/zh\/jobs-listings\/officer-policy-administration-so-o-grade\/","title":{"rendered":"Officer, Policy Administration (SO\/O Grade)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is with a leading global insurance provider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client is looking for a junior candidate in their operation team (policy administration)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform servicing transactions in policy servicing functions to ensure quality delivery within target service pledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper handling and follow up of cases within agreed turn-around-time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively collect feedback from clients \/ business partners to identify the area of improvement with proposed solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle &amp; conduct thorough investigation for complicated cases \/ complaint cases from Customer Services Team \/ other internal departments in accordance with internal and external guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support policy or operations related projects (including providing requirements &amp; testing) and ensure successful implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to ad-hoc activities e.g. UAT related to system enhancement or production problem fixing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University graduate with minimum 2 years\u2019 relevant experience in life insurance policy servicing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of insurance products and operation processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
