Committed to diversity and inclusion, the organization fosters a culture that values uniqueness and aims to create long-term value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to analyze, maintain, and enhance core policy administration systems across different lines of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide ongoing support and modernization of core policy administration systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build robust and efficient policy administration systems with straight-through integration with various front-end platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and develop automated operational processes for business units, policy servicing, and accounting modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Streamline system processes for simplification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze requirements and propose solutions to improve business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project development and implementation, supporting users during change control and system updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance to junior developers, helping to analyze and resolve technical problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project risks and escalate issues as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in Java, MVC frameworks (like Apache Struts), AS\/400, and ETL\/messaging technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SSIS, PlanetPress workflow letter engine, and Tableau is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with third-party libraries and integration layers is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in business requirement collection and system analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
