Committed to diversity and inclusion, the organisation promotes a culture that celebrates individual uniqueness and aims to create long-term value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking an Assistant Manager to plan, design, and maintain digital platforms for both Life and Non-Life insurance businesses. This position focuses on enhancing customer experience and supporting the digital vision of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build enterprise system capabilities to support digital initiatives, ensuring 24\/7 services, application monitoring, and business agility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience, from sales quotations to servicing and claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead development teams (including external vendors) and oversee application design, development schedules, and software quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct business requirement analysis, system design, and implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform reporting tasks, data analysis, and maintenance of data integrity and data warehouses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project risks and escalate issues as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, BI reporting, ETL, and data warehouse design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with various UI\/frontend solutions and experience with microservices and OpenAPI development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Docker, Progressive Web Apps, Python scripting, SQL, Cognos Reporting, and mobile app development is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in insurance business processes is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated and willing to learn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
