This role focuses on providing high-quality services to customers and supporting management in achieving company objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide professional advice and outstanding customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in cross-team support and ensure personal KPIs are met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with different operational teams to deliver excellent services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of solid experience in customer service, preferably in the employee benefits field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong industry knowledge in employee benefit operations and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in complaint handling is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-driven, people-centric, and team-focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
