Committed to diversity and inclusion, the organisation fosters a culture that celebrates uniqueness and aims to create long-term value through its diverse workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Manager or Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Policy Administration team. This role is crucial for formulating and implementing strategies that align with the company&#8217;s objectives for profitability and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formulate and implement the Policy Administration strategy and development plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle complaints and resolve disputes effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop high-quality work teams with clear accountabilities and performance expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed with distributions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively improve processes and efficiency using service benchmarks and analytical data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement the Group compliance policy to adhere to local and Group compliance procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in continuing education and training opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage ad hoc projects as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree holder, preferably with insurance-related qualifications (e.g., ACII\/ANZIIF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in General Insurance, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role in policy administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of market forces and regulatory issues impacting the insurance industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to relate industry benchmarks to organizational practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital mindset with the capability to initiate and implement technological changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
