You will be responsible for managing and developing technical and servicing strategies for Group Medical and Individual Healthcare claims, ensuring the highest service quality for both internal and external customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and develop a team of claims professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement strategies and digital tools to streamline claims processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure prompt and accurate claims processing and decision-making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement robust fraud prevention measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in marketing activities to support new business initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare monthly statistical and analytical claims reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and assess the performance of service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide coaching and training to subordinates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree holder, preferably in Healthcare Management or related disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 8 years of experience in medical claims management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong exposure in Group Medical and Individual Medical Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge in medical terminology and medical claims processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in digital tools and software in claims processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-centric, self-motivated, detail-minded with strong business acumen and market sense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply online, simply fill in the information on the right.
