Training Manager (Insurance)

The Role

We are actively seeking a highly qualified training expert in the insurance sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, implement, and maintain training programs/activities for the Agency force
  • Lead and organize new and existing product training to enhance selling skills for different types of insurance products
  • Develop training tools/e-learning in various formats, including video editing and interactive e-learning production
  • Provide training support on various training programs, e.g. IIQE, CPD
  • Maintain training records and prepare training reports
  • Deliver weekly sharing to agents and respond to agents’ enquiries on timely bases
  • Review sales flow and operation guidelines
  • Liaise with internal parties on sales system enhancement
  • Co-ordinate with external trainers to arrange or develop training programs/activities
  • Support Ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant agency training experience
  • Candidate with insurace sales backgound is a plus
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
