The Role
We are seeking motivated and experienced insurance professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for developing life insurance business, expanding our customer network, and providing professional financial advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop life insurance business and expand the company’s existing customer network in both Hong Kong and the PRC
- Analyze customer’s financial background and provide professional recommendations on insurance products
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
- Maintain high-quality relationships with customers
- Coordinate with various parties to facilitate sales opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and partnering teams to optimize sales results
- Provide excellent customer service and professional advice to clients
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary education
- IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 advantageous
- Insurance sales experience added advantage (including retail bank, financial services and/or agency experience)
- Solid sales, client servicing and business development experience, especially in the PRC
- Possess a good network and relationships with potential clients
- Good presentation & communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, fluency in Mandarin preferred
- Visa holder is also welcome
