The Role
As the Manager of GI Product Development, you will be responsible for managing the full project life cycle of new general insurance product development. This is a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project life cycle of new general insurance product development
- Conduct product comparison and market research, and prepare product materials
- Develop testing plans and test cases, and execute user requirement testing
- Prepare process flows and/or procedure manuals for operational processes
- Coordinate among different stakeholders to address concerns and reach the best solutions
- Support the company’s growth by innovating product design and customer journeys to meet customer and business partner needs
Requirements:
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years of general insurance product development experience
- Familiarity with general insurance products and the end-to-end product cycle, from ideation to go-live
- Strong general insurance product expertise
- Business analysis, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
