The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Officer for Customer Services in the Employee Benefits sector. This role focuses on providing high-quality services to customers and supporting management in achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and outstanding customer service
  • Engage in cross-team support and ensure personal KPIs are met
  • Collaborate with different operational teams to deliver excellent services
  • Collect feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of solid experience in customer service, preferably in the employee benefits field
  • Strong industry knowledge in employee benefit operations and systems
  • Experience in complaint handling is an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Customer-driven, people-centric, and team-focused
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
