The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Officer for Customer Services in the Employee Benefits sector. This role focuses on providing high-quality services to customers and supporting management in achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and outstanding customer service
- Engage in cross-team support and ensure personal KPIs are met
- Collaborate with different operational teams to deliver excellent services
- Collect feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement
- Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of solid experience in customer service, preferably in the employee benefits field
- Strong industry knowledge in employee benefit operations and systems
- Experience in complaint handling is an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Customer-driven, people-centric, and team-focused
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
