The Role
This position will assist in driving customer experience initiatives and managing corporate communications, embodying company’s brand values
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Customer Experience (CX)
- Assist managers to drive customer experience improvement
- Work with different business units/teams to facilitate the implementation of new initiatives for meeting customer needs and expectation (e.g. review UI/UX and provide insightful inputs)
- Support in development of marketing communications for engaging customers to build loyalty to our brand
- Analyze research data on voice of customers and distributors so as to identify improvement opportunities and deliver insights to different internal stakeholders
- Support the promotion and cultivation of customer centricity mindset amongst employees
- 2. Corporate Communications
- Assist managers in crafting and executing effective communication strategies to bolster Generali’s brand reputation and engage with various stakeholders
- Support in the refining of communication materials, such as press releases, corporate newsletters, executive speeches, and internal memos
- Support media relations, respond to inquiries, and assist with the facilitation of interviews to maintain a favorable public image
- Assist in the coordination and management of Generali’s CSR initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate values and positive contribution to the community
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all communication channels
- Measure and evaluate the communication campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future approaches
- 3. Marketing Support
- Support internal and external event coordination
- Manage vendors effectively and make sure all the timeline & KPIs are met within the agreed budget
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team
- Manage and support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Research, Corporate Communications, or related roles in the financial/ insurance industry or consultancy
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese a must
- A presentable professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of can-do and customer centricity mindset with dedication to high quality deliverables
