The Role
We are seeking an Assistant Officer to handle policy administration for employee benefits, focusing on member updates and premium adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage updates related to member movements and issue premium adjustments.
- Provide daily support for medical card issuance and mailings.
- Handle underwriting administration efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant partners for policy administration issues.
- Participate in system enhancements and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.
- Support teammates and superiors in routine operations.
- Address inquiries from brokers regarding policy matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or recognized professional insurance qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Group Insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
