Assistant Officer – Policy Administration (Employee Benefits)

The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Officer to handle policy administration for employee benefits, focusing on member updates and premium adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage updates related to member movements and issue premium adjustments.
  • Provide daily support for medical card issuance and mailings.
  • Handle underwriting administration efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise and coordinate with relevant partners for policy administration issues.
  • Participate in system enhancements and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.
  • Support teammates and superiors in routine operations.
  • Address inquiries from brokers regarding policy matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or recognized professional insurance qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Group Insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
