The Role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to drive customer experience initiatives and manage corporate communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Collaborate with various business units to implement initiatives that meet customer needs (e.g., UI/UX reviews).
- Support the development of marketing communications to enhance customer loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and deliver insights to stakeholders.
- Corporate Communications
- Assist in crafting and executing communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
- Create and refine communication materials, including press releases and corporate newsletters.
- Support media relations and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive public image.
- Marketing Support
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external events.
- Manage vendors and ensure timelines and KPIs are met within budget.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Research, Corporate Communications, or related roles in the financial/insurance industry.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to high-quality deliverables.
