The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MCV Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels for the MCV market, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor sales channels for the MCV market
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor business development of accounts
  • Provide daily support to MCV channels, including product and administration training, case follow-up, and communication with distributors
  • Proactively deliver prompt and necessary support to channels
  • Develop, formulate, and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales channels
  • Ensure team sales activities and momentum of channels

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing / Commerce, preferably a holder of professional qualification in Life insurance including FLMI or equivalent.
  • Passed IIQAS exam and SFC exam are definitely an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in sales marketing and channel management in the life insurance industry
  • Professional selling and presentation skills, fluent in Mandarin
