The Role

We are seeking an Officer for Customer Services in the Broker Channel to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to broker partners.
  • Engage in cross-team support to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Meet preset personal KPIs consistently.
  • Collect feedback proactively to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Ensure transactions are performed accurately and comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in customer service, preferably in the Life Insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge in Life Insurance operations, systems, and organizations.
  • Experience in complaint handling within the Life Insurance business is advantageous.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Customer-driven, people-centric, and team-focused.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
