The Role
We are seeking an Officer for Customer Services in the Broker Channel to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to broker partners.
- Engage in cross-team support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Meet preset personal KPIs consistently.
- Collect feedback proactively to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Ensure transactions are performed accurately and comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in customer service, preferably in the Life Insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge in Life Insurance operations, systems, and organizations.
- Experience in complaint handling within the Life Insurance business is advantageous.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Customer-driven, people-centric, and team-focused.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
