Senior Officer, Customer Service – Employee Benefits

The Role

Our client is looking for a junior candidate in their operation team (customer service)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and outstanding customer services and support the Management to achieve the company objectives
  • Ensure the meeting of preset personal KPIs
  • Cooperate with different operation teams to provide excellent services to our customers
  • Collect feedback proactively from customers and team members to identify the area of improvement on our operations
  • Support the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects from time to time
  • Ensure the transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company’s guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of solid experience in customer services preferably in employee benefit business
  • Industry knowledge and strengths in employee benefit operation, systems and organizations
  • Experience of complaint handling in employee benefit business will be an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills Strong 
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Customer-Driven, People-Centric and Team-Focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
