Officer, Policy Administration (SO/O Grade)

The Role

Our client is looking for a junior candidate in their operation team (policy administration)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform servicing transactions in policy servicing functions to ensure quality delivery within target service pledge
  • Ensure proper handling and follow up of cases within agreed turn-around-time
  • Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets
  • Proactively collect feedback from clients / business partners to identify the area of improvement with proposed solutions
  • Handle & conduct thorough investigation for complicated cases / complaint cases from Customer Services Team / other internal departments in accordance with internal and external guidelines
  • Support policy or operations related projects (including providing requirements & testing) and ensure successful implementation
  • Contribute to ad-hoc activities e.g. UAT related to system enhancement or production problem fixing

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in life insurance policy servicing.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and operation processes
  • Good in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
