The Role
Our client is looking for a junior candidate in their operation team (policy administration)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing transactions in policy servicing functions to ensure quality delivery within target service pledge
- Ensure proper handling and follow up of cases within agreed turn-around-time
- Adhere to operating guidelines, work within their delegated authorities and meet departmental SLA targets
- Proactively collect feedback from clients / business partners to identify the area of improvement with proposed solutions
- Handle & conduct thorough investigation for complicated cases / complaint cases from Customer Services Team / other internal departments in accordance with internal and external guidelines
- Support policy or operations related projects (including providing requirements & testing) and ensure successful implementation
- Contribute to ad-hoc activities e.g. UAT related to system enhancement or production problem fixing
Requirements
- University graduate with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in life insurance policy servicing.
- Knowledge of insurance products and operation processes
- Good in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
